We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for these items under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items

Mystery Packs: Opened or unopened.

Collectible Card Packs: Including all factory-sealed and custom-packaged card items.

Custom Cards: Any items personalized or manufactured specifically for an order.

3D Prints: All items manufactured via 3D printing technology.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the packaging.

We will review these cases individually to determine if a replacement is appropriate, though a refund will not be issued.
